Home Innovation Research Labs Recognizes 2024 NGBS Green Partners of Excellence

April 30, 2025 – Upper Marlboro, MD – Home Innovation Research Labs is proud to announce the recipients of the 2024 NGBS Green Partners of Excellence awards. These individuals and organizations have demonstrated outstanding commitment to advancing high-performance, sustainable homes through third-party certification to the National Green Building Standard (NGBS).
Each year, Home Innovation recognizes industry leaders who go above and beyond in their support for the NGBS Green certification program. These Partners of Excellence exemplify what it means to build better, more resilient, and healthier homes for the future. Whether they are builders, verifiers, architects, developers, or product manufacturers, all honorees share a dedication to innovation and sustainability.

Since its launch in 2009, the NGBS Green certification program has certified more than 650,000 homes and apartments, making it one of the most widely adopted green residential certification programs in the United States. The program’s rigorous, third-party verified process provides credible recognition for homes and multifamily buildings that meet high standards in resource efficiency, indoor air quality, and overall sustainability.
