Greenwich Condos

Greenwich Condos was the first building to achieve NGBS Green Certification under the 2020 version of the standard. It was also the first building to earn the NGBS Green+ WELLNESS badge, which recognizes buildings that are higher-performing across multiple NGBS practices that are influential to human health.

Broadstone Junction

The Broadstone Junction development transformed 12-acres of abandoned office buildings and asphalt parking lots into a vibrant new community that pays homage to its historic roots while also providing the modern, innovative features renters want.

Bayamón, Puerto Rico

The design is the first of many homes planned to be constructed using this prototype across the island. Like many communities, Puerto Rico is experiencing an increase in intensity and frequency of large-scale storm events, as well as earthquakes. As an island community, Puerto Rico is even more vulnerable to the impacts of climate change and a sustainable future requires that all resources are used as efficiently as possible.

A Net-Zero Baltimore Rowhome

In the spring of 2018, I began planning the renovation of a historic rowhouse in the Station North neighborhood, with the goal of turning a 100-year-old vacant brick shell into a net-zero energy, LEED Platinum + NGBS Emerald certified home. Two years later, I received my first bill from Baltimore Gas and Electric showing a negative balance.
